With the amendment made on the Customs Procedures Facilitation Regulation on 25.06.2018; Within the scope of YYS, the format of the Annual Report, which should be prepared and submitted to the Ministry, has been published.

With the Annual Activity Report; The annual inspection of the customs transactions carried out should be made and submitted to the Regional Directorate of Customs and Trade. Namely:
At the end of each 12-month period after the certificate issuance date, whether the customs transactions carried out within the scope of the certificate are duly carried out are examined until the end of the 3rd month following the date corresponding to the end of these periods, and as a result of this examination, the Customs Procedures Facilitation Regulation Annex-22/A or Annex- Annual Activity Reports in 22/B are prepared accordingly.
The prepared annual report is first sent to your company within 5 working days following the date of issue. Your company will examine it within 10 business days and the activity report will be sent to us within 5 business days following the end of this period. If your company has an objection to the report, it is stated in the relevant part of this report, if there is no objection, it is declared that all issues stated in the report are accepted by your company. In this way , after the receipt of the report , the activity report is sent by us to the Regional Directorate that issued the certificate within 5 working days .
